Nude dancers have constitutional rights too.

From the Cincinnati Enquirer, I’m not sure the founding fathers had this in mind when they wrote the US constitution :

The Kentucky Supreme Court has ruled that part of a 2004 Louisville ordinance related to nude dancing at adult night clubs is unconstitutional.

The court found fault with the ordinance’s “blanket ‘no-touch’ provision,” which banned dancers from touching customers. Justices wrote in the ruling Thursday that “prohibiting all touching, including benign, nonsexual touching, is substantially broader than necessary.”

The high court upheld the remaining provisions in the ordinance, which had been challenged by adult entertainment businesses.

The 2004 ordinance prohibits nude dancing, requires dancers to stay at least 6 feet from customers while performing and orders the clubs to close by 1 a.m.

Makes you wonder if any of the justices giving the ruling had a personal interest in the outcome?
