Following on from the arrest of a man for “making aircraft gestures“, The BBC has the story today that he has actually been charged and will appear before the beak :

A man has been charged by police after a Crawley Town fan was alleged to have mocked the victims of the Munich air crash in the club’s FA Cup song video.

James Butler, of Crawley, West Sussex, is accused of using threatening, abuse or insulting words with intent to cause harassment alarm or distress.

He was arrested after a Manchester United fan complained the video showed a supporter making aircraft gestures.

Mr Butler, of Beeches Crescent, is due before Crawley magistrates on 3 March.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Butler was arrested by police in Crawley on 14 February following a complaint about part of the content of a music video produced to support Crawley Town Football Club in its FA Cup run.

“He was subsequently released on police bail and was charged when he answered to that bail this afternoon.”

Thank you Fuck You Labour, Thank you Fuck you very much.

What a completely rediculous bag of shite state we live in where third parties can complain of being distressed about a gesture resulting in the arrest of a person.

“He hurt my feelings and I feel bad now officer”.

Bollocks.

Utter bollocks.

I would even go so far as to say “Fuck me pink!”

What an irrelevant, odius little shithole the UK has become.

In related news, the state is still prosecuting people for having publically avalable information under the guise of terrorism charges :

Prosecuting, Parmjit Cheema said: “The defendant is a man who made money by producing and selling computer discs from his home in Hampshire that went all over the world.

“However, the discs he painstakingly produced and sold contained a vast collection of material downloaded from the internet of which substantial parts could be of practical use to anyone planning or committing a terrorist attack.”

The barrister said compiling such information was illegal if it would cause a threat to people or governments, even though the CDs ran a disclaimer: “For educational use only. Do not attempt any activities contained in these CD-Roms. Many are illegal and dangerous.”

You know they are just dying to specifically add Thought Crime to the law books instead of beating around the bush but the sheeple are not quite ready to accept that yet.

A few more years of this crap and it will surely come probably to protect the cheeeeeeeeeeldren.

Anyway, bollocks to this for today – I have managed to annoy myself and will retire for drinks and smokes just to annoy the righteous!

Everything is illegal it would seem in one way or another. Getting close to leaving time I think.

Steady on Angry Exile – making noises like that will be illegal next.

FT – you know, I still am not quite sure although I assume it is sticking your arms out in a crucifixion type pose and then falling over face first on to the ground.

Bucko – I really want to leave too but have not worked out how yet.

You’re right. A complete shithole. I wish I could afford to move.
They will now be banning children from making aircraft gestures on the dancefloor at weddings.
