Pictorial Interlude – The International Space Station gets a delivery.

A couple of stunning pictures from a photoset at The Atlantic documenting Endeavours final visit to the ISS.

It’s well worth having a look round at The Atlantic as well as they have some brilliant photosets online including this pre-World War II set with shots from the Spanish Civil War amongst others.

Now thats what I call a delivery service.

Imagine if you had views like this from your workplace – nothing would get done at all other than fighting over the window seat.

Clearly, they don’t work for ParcelForce or they’d have left one of those little ‘I rang but you were out; go to the depot’ cards and buggered off…

Julia – that would probably elicit a reaction from the space station inhabitants along the lines of the publicity for the first Alien film – “In space no one can hear you scream” – or in this case – “I was in the whole day and you never even rang the bell you bunch of idle bastards!!”
