Can you imagine anyone voluntarily getting inside  a CT scanner if it didn’t have its nice drab cover :

It looks more like an industrial robot than a medical imaging device I think.

    Speaking as someone who has techie interests I’d prefer to be examined by a machine where I can see the working parts.

      farenheit211 – I am in the same camp as you on that one. You coudl even imagine some extreme techies inventing symptoms to spend more time in those things if they all looked liek that 🙂
